This sucks

Congratulations to Red Sox fans everywhere. My reaction in 2004 was "even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while," and today my reaction is "wow, that's a good team." This one is a little easier to stomach because there are slightly fewer scumbags on the team, plus they didn't have to go through the Yankees. And if there's a silver lining in all this, at least they didn't clinch at home, saving us another Papelbon Riverdance sequence. So again, to all the fans of the Red Sox who read this, I'm happy for you as people. But as Red Sox fans, you can all go pound sand.

When the leaves turn brown, the Red Sox will always wear the crown. I will hold you to our bet that if the Red Sox win the World Series, you will proudly wear a Red Sox cap in your fathers house.
